Update: Interlay Referendum #78
Last week's proposal which batches the HMRP accept from Polkadex to Interlay and requests to open a HMRP channel from Interlay to Polkadex has been passed by the Interlay community.
The changes form the referendum will be enacted accordingly.

- Enable vDOT as collateral in the lending market.
